Order and Shipping Information

Orders from outside Japan

We generally ship your order within 2-4 business days.

Payment
Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Eurocard. Please enter your credit card information on your online order form.
Your credit card details are stored on a secure server, and then processed by RBS WorldPay who is authorized by the major banks and the credit card companies worldwide.

Alternatively, you may now pay with PayPal. Please type "PayPal" into the Cardholder Name on your order page, and we will send you an email requesting payment. You will not have to enter any credit card information on your order page.

Customer is responsible for customs charges, import duties, etc.

Shipping
All orders received from outside Japan are shipped via international postal service, either by Express Mail Service (EMS), air mail small packet, or SAL (Surface Air Lifted, economy air) small packet.
Your phone number will appear on your package to ensure the delivery. Please provide us with the phone number of your mailing address.

Express Mail Service (EMS)
We highly recommend EMS.
We will replace or refund any lost or damaged package that is sent via EMS.
EMS is more expensive, but is faster and comes with its own tracking number, which we will inform you of upon shipment. EMS packages to the following countries and regions can be traced on the internet.

Please Note: We will NOT replace or refund any lost or damaged package sent by air mail or SAL.

*SAL (Surface Air Lifted) is faster than sea mail yet cheaper than air mail. It is air-transported from Japan to your country by using open space on airplane, and within your country it will be transmitted by surface.

With the COD payment option you pay when you get delivery of your order. It is a convenient and hassle free payment option. The amount of your payment is quoted in Japanese Yen, which we will inform you of in advance.
When you choose the COD payment option, please indicate so in the comment section of the order page and submit your order without supplying credit card information.

No sales tax will be added when ordered from this English site.

Shipping
The shipping and handling charge is $3.00 for all orders shipped to Japan. The charge is modified manually after receiving your order.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us. If any of our products does not please you for any reason, please return it within 10 days of delivery of a shipment and we will exchange it or refund its product price. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged on your part.

Samples or books cannot be returned or refunded.

Before returning any product please contact us by email.

In showing fabric images, we do our best to achieve the highest level of color accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee how they appear to you. Colors may vary for many reasons including the way your computer monitors display colors. We recommend you to use the images as a guide, although most of our customers report that they find the real fabrics more beautiful than the images on the screen.
If color is critical, please order samples from "Samples" page.
